Because of the high volume of unsolicited requests we receive, we can not review any new product ideas until we receive a signed New Concept Submission Form  along with your payment of $195.  Please use a different Submission Form for each concept.  There are no other out-of-pocket expenses for you.  All development costs to license your item will be at our expense.*

If you prefer to get started immediately, you can fax a copy of the New Concept Submission Form and use PayPal.

If we feel we may be able to develop and license your idea to major manufacturers around the world, we will send you a Licensing Agent Agreement.  If, on the other hand, we do not feel we can successfully represent your new product concept, we will immediately return the item to you at our expense.  In either case, you will receive a written evaluation within a few weeks.
